Terms of service

Welcome to kaleō. brand atelier. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, services, and deliverables. By purchasing from us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

 

 

1. Scope of Services

  • We provide bespoke creative services including but not limited to brand strategy, visual identity design, packaging, editorial, campaigns, photography, and digital asset creation.

  • The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are outlined in the product description, proposal, or invoice for your order.

 

 

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to enable us to deliver your project on schedule.

  • Delays in providing materials or approvals may result in adjusted timelines.

  • You confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply to us for use in your project.

 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For cancellations after work has commenced, charges may apply in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

 

 

4. Revisions

  • Each service includes the number of revisions stated in your order or proposal.

  • Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at our standard non-discounted hourly rate of €165.

 

 

5. Delivery of Digital Assets

  • Deliverables will be provided in the formats specified in your order or proposal.

  • Files are deemed “delivered” once sent to your email or shared via the agreed transfer method.

  • It is your responsibility to back up and store your files after delivery.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All intellectual property rights in the work we create remain with kaleō. brand atelier until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, you are granted the usage rights specified in your proposal or product description.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

 

 

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or deliverables.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

 

 

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information obtained during the course of the project.

 

 

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bolzano, Italy.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

  • Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
