Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged to, and do not commit to, participating in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by Italian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Jurisdiction. The courts of Bolzano (Italy) have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in the court of their place of residence as required by applicable consumer law.
Amicable resolution. Before starting legal proceedings, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days after written notice.
Mediation (optional). If not resolved, either party may propose mediation with an independent mediator seated in Italy or online; costs are shared equally.
EU ODR. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Injunctive relief. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief at any time.
No class actions. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis (no class or representative actions).
