Making Timber Reach New Heights at Munich Airport
Rubner Ingenieurholzbau
For Rubner Ingenieurholzbau, two monumental 9 × 2.5 metre backlit banners were developed for Munich Airport. Positioned in one of the airport’s most exclusive terminals, the installation celebrates ROOTS — Germany’s tallest timber high-rise — as a bold statement of engineering, vision, and sustainable design. The concept fused architectural precision with high-impact visual storytelling, ensuring the banners not only commanded attention but also conveyed the pioneering spirit behind building a skyscraper in wood.
Innovation Day — A Cohesive Brand Experience for a Corporate Event
For a client’s Innovation Day — a celebration of progress, creativity, and collaboration — a bold, unified identity was developed. The visual system was designed to adapt seamlessly across print, digital, and event applications, from striking roll-ups and wayfinding signage to tactile touchpoints like badges, tote bags, and tickets. A vibrant yellow palette, geometric patterns, and dynamic typography conveyed forward momentum, while integrated digital tools enhanced the participant experience. The result was a high-impact, multi-platform brand presence that energised attendees and strengthened the client’s positioning as an innovation leader.
